PERSONAL NOTE

Hi all,

Wow! It's already the end of January and I'm just getting to wishing everyone a Happy New Year!

The new year started slowly here for me and my husband. The day after Christmas we both came down with a bad cold and were under the weather for weeks. We're just getting back on track.

While I was getting better, I used the time to think about what 2024 can be and what I can share with others.

One thing that I love is getting back into my morning routine and starting the day with a smile. Taking a walk in the park behind my house and seeing the morning sky with the sun lighting up the sky brings me a smile that I love to share with the others I see doing the same thing. And I have added a weekly affirmation to my routine. This has really set the tone for the week and I'm so excited to begin sharing these in my Facebook group.

Come and visit me on Facebook at RetirementCoachSharon where I'll be sharing a new affirmation each week along with tips and thoughts about rediscovering ourselves as we move into our next, best age.
