PERSONAL NOTE

Hi all,

Spring is just around the corner or in some places it comes and goes from day to day. The weather seems kinda crazy lately. We have had some beautiful weather in February, almost two inches of rain, some colder days, but lots of days with blue skies, wispy clouds and lots of sunshine. We looking forward to seeing flowers bloom this spring with the rain we've had here in the desert.

I've been somewhat lax in posting my weekly affirmations. My intention to myself is to post the new weekly affirmations each Thursday, and not on the traditional start of a week on a Monday. Just me being different and finding I remember to post later in the week. I'm working on this becoming my habit and to be consistent.

This month I want to share an article about age. We've all heard the saying "Age is just a number" many times. I want all of us to champion lifelong learning, embrace new challenges, and redefine what it means to "age gracefully."

COOL RESOURCE

I just started a 28-day chair yoga challenge and just completed week 1. I'm finding this is a great start to my morning before I go for my walk in the park. The exercises are clearly demonstrated in the videos with lifetime access that come as a bonus when purchasing the book.
